Sylvesta The Jester

Official Jester to the City of Leicester Member of the National Guild of Jesters

Sylvesta is a master of Mix'n'Mingle and a dab hand at entertaining at table at banquets and other events, whether as a teller of jokes,or singing and playing his mandorra (a large mandoline) or guitar. He also has a colourful box on wheels, full of percussion instruments which he may hand out in order to encourage audiences to join in. If children are in attendance, he entertains them with jokes & stories whilst encouraging them to join in, possibly wearing a jester's hat and holding a jester on a stick.

Sylvesta can, if required, make announcements in the style of MC or Town Crier, peppered with humour. He can welcome quests to an event, announce courses at table and ask guests to stand for toasts & speeches.

A well seasoned whacky family entertainer who is able to adapt to any situation.
