Anomalies is a unique act exploring the beauty and magic inherent
in the human ability to manipulate simple objects.
With a combination of contact juggling, dance and physical theatre,
Jago Parfitt (UK) and Ryan Mellors (Canada)
come together to present their newest ideas on dynamic
manipulation and force of gravity.

Using glass balls, mirrored hoops, boxes and cubes,
Anomalies takes the audience on a compelling journey
of angles, planes and geometric patterns illuminated with
graceful symmetries and fluid choreography.
Jago & Ryan draw on a combined 18 years
study of modern circus to produce this highly skilled
and acutely innovative act.

Jago works with between one and eight 'crystals'
creating beautiful 3 dimensional patterns,
lateral-thinking illusions and fluid synchronicity.
Movement and illusion combine with soft chords
and sensuous harmonics to magical effect.
