Stripes And Whites are a very experienced band, playing a variety of musical styles from Jazz to Blues, Standards to Popular.
They are very adaptable being able to offer a Trio, Quartet or Quintet for functions such as Corporate Promotions, Private Parties, Weddings, College Balls, Military Mess Functions, Shopping Precinct Openings and events, Air shows, Civic Concerts etc....

• Trio: Clarinet - doubling Saxophone or trumpet
  Guitar - doubling Banjo/Vocals
  Bass Instrument - usually Double Bass or if requested Sousaphone

• Quartet: Trumpet or Trombone/Vocals
  Clarinet/Sax
  Guitar/Banjo/Vocals
  Bass
  (or could have Drums instead of one of the lead instruments)

• Quintet: Add Drums or another Horn or Reed Instrument.

Their versatility allows them to play either indoors for receptions and dance events, or out in the street where the band can be mobile if required.

Light Latin music for your reception, private party, corporate event, riverboat function or restaurant.

The band is ideal for background sounds and consists of experienced musicians who have appeared on cruises, radio and television, and for many events at major hotels.

3 or 4 piece line ups featuring guitar/vocals, reeds/horns, percussion, with a varied choice of band uniforms.

Mobile or static, with or without amplification, and able to appear both indoors and out.

The repertoire covers a wide range of standards and original material, from bossa novas, sambas, mambos, to calypsos.
